Governance Framework

A Governance Framework for Staffordshire LINk has been developed in order to ensure that the new structure can be up and running as quickly as possible, and enable the LINk to operate within a legal framework. Included in the governance framework are policy documents relating to Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Procedure, Enter and View, Criminal Records Bureau and Complaints.

The Governance Framework and its policies would normally be agreed by the Coordinating Group prior to their implementation but for expediency purposes these will be presented as working documents and will be reviewed by the Coordinating Group in November 2010.
